THE CHALLENGE

Rebel Raw, a premium raw pet food company, had built a fiercely loyal customer base of pets (and owners) who tried it and never looked back. However, new customer growth and revenue began to slow as competitors gained share in organic search and algorithm changes reduced visibility. The brand needed a scalable way to acquire new customers while maintaining profitability.

THE SOLUTION

In June 2025 we implemented a multi-channel performance growth plan designed to reignite acquisition:

  • Launched Google Ads and Meta Ads to rebuild traffic lost from organic search declines.
  • Developed a full-funnel creative and targeting strategy focused on educating new audiences about the health benefits and quality difference of Rebel Raw compared to traditional kibble and other raw brands.
  • Refined audience and geographic targeting to focus on the most profitable and responsive regions.
  • Focused optimization efforts on Net New Customers.
  • Analyzed customer behavior data to identify profitability benchmarks through lifetime value (LTV), average order value (AOV), and repeat purchase rate.
